Alex & Guerin’s Engagement Session

Every engagement session is a unique experience, because every couple is different. But this session was extra special because I am very close friends with the future bride & groom!

I first met Alex & Guerin through dating my now fiancé Chris. And let me tell you, these two are one of the cutest couples I know! You can tell just by how they look at each other how much they love each other.

It was a gorgeous Boston spring day when we had our session. We started in the Public Gardens and worked our way down Marlborough St to the Esplanade. One of my favorite spots is the First Church of Boston that has the most beautiful arch. There we practiced our dips so the bride & groom will be experts for the day of their wedding!

But probably my favorite part of the session was when we were on the Esplanade. Despite having lived in Boston for the past couple of years, I haven’t spent much time on the Esplanade. There are so many flowering trees in the spring! Alex & Guerin were naturals in front of the camera, showing all the sweet moments & poses which are what they call “the cute kitchen stuff we do while cooking dinner”.

I can’t wait for their wedding, in which I’ll be a bridesmaid instead of a photographer for that day!
